[Galaxy-user] question on Galaxy function

Yutao Fu
Hi, there
I tried to use the "Compute PhastCon Score" function
on the Galaxy web interfact and got this error
message:
"Interval must match exactly one target region". Could
you help me to get through? The history link is :
http://encode.g2.bx.psu.edu/share_history?id=7baccfa4198d1e95ec8ed91d911a4668
The website is very useful and convenient. Thanks.
Yutao

Re: question on Galaxy function

Yutao:

This likely indicates that you are using a score we only have
available for the encode regions and have an interval that either:

1) Hits two ENCODE regions (a very long interval?)
2) Hits no encode region

Looking at your history it appear that only four of the intervals in
test.bed hit and ENCODE region.

Thanks,
James
